As I step into this new year, I lift my heart in gratitude to You, Almighty God, for the gift of life and the privilege to see another season of grace. You are the giver of time and seasons, and I acknowledge that without You, I am nothing. Lord, I surrender this year into Your mighty hands, asking for Your divine favor, blessings, and every good thing that my heart desires.
Your Word declares in Jeremiah 29:11 that Your plans for me are good, plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me a future and a hope. Therefore, Lord, I stand upon this promise and decree that this year will be a year of favor, increase, and supernatural breakthroughs. Every aspect of my life—spiritual, financial, marital, career, and health—will experience Your mighty hand of goodness.
Prayer for Divine Favor
Father, as I step into this year, I ask for Your divine favor to go before me. Let Your favor open doors that no man can shut. Let it speak for me where my voice cannot be heard. Just as You granted favor to Joseph in a foreign land (Genesis 39:21), let Your favor cause me to be recognized, promoted, and celebrated in all areas of my life.
Lord, let Your favor cause opportunities to locate me. I reject every spirit of stagnation and delay. May I walk into rooms filled with opportunities I did not even ask for. Let my name be mentioned in high places for blessings and breakthroughs.
According to Psalm 5:12, "For You, Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor, You will surround him as with a shield." Lord, shield me with Your favor this year. Everywhere I go, let Your presence go before me. May my efforts be crowned with great success and may I never labor in vain.
Prayer for Divine Blessings
Father, I come before You as Your beloved child, asking for Your divine blessings in every area of my life. According to Deuteronomy 28:2, "And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you if you obey the voice of the Lord your God." Lord, I align my heart with Your will and ask that Your blessings overtake me this year.
Bless my finances, Lord. Let there be no lack or struggle in my life. I rebuke the spirit of poverty, debt, and financial hardship. Let the works of my hands be blessed beyond measure. Open the floodgates of heaven and pour out a blessing that I will not have room enough to contain (Malachi 3:10).
Bless my family, Lord. Let there be unity, love, and divine protection in my home. Let my children (if I have them) be blessed and favored. May my household be known as a dwelling place of peace and prosperity.
Bless my health, Lord. Let sickness and disease be far from me. I declare divine healing over my body, mind, and soul. Any sickness planned against me this year is canceled in Jesus' name. I walk in divine health, and my strength shall not fail.
Prayer for Peace and Joy
Father, I ask for Your peace to reign in my life. In a world filled with uncertainty, let Your peace guard my heart. I refuse to be troubled, anxious, or worried about anything because I know that You are in control. Your Word says in Philippians 4:7 that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Lord, let my home be filled with peace. Let my business, career, and relationships experience divine harmony. Any power that wants to introduce confusion or sorrow into my life is destroyed in Jesus’ name.
I ask for joy, Lord. Let my life be filled with unending joy. This year, my days shall be full of laughter, and my nights full of songs of praise. Every spirit of sadness, depression, and sorrow is removed from my life. I choose joy, and I receive the oil of gladness in place of mourning (Isaiah 61:3).
Prayer for Abundant Grace
Father, I need more of Your grace in my life. Your grace is what sustains and enables me to succeed. This year, let me walk in the abundance of grace that empowers me to do all things. Your Word says in 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Lord, when I feel weak, strengthen me by Your grace.
I ask for the grace to make wise decisions. I ask for the grace to live a righteous and holy life. Let me not fall into the traps of the enemy. Help me to remain steadfast in my faith and never compromise my values for the temporary pleasures of this world.
Prayer for Protection Against Evil
Father, I ask for divine protection over my life and everything that concerns me. This year, no weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Every plan of the enemy to bring harm, destruction, or disappointment into my life is canceled in Jesus’ name.
I cover myself and my household with the precious blood of Jesus. No evil shall come near my dwelling place (Psalm 91:10). I reject every spirit of premature death, accident, calamity, or misfortune. Angels of the Lord, take charge over me and keep me in all my ways.
Lord, protect me from negative influences—wrong relationships, deceitful people, and evil associations. Let my circle be filled with godly people who will help me grow spiritually, emotionally, and financially.
Prayer for the Fulfillment of My Heart’s Desires
Lord, You know the desires of my heart. You know the dreams and goals I have for this year. Your Word says in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart." Father, as I put my trust in You, grant me the desires of my heart according to Your perfect will.
Every dream, vision, and aspiration I have for this year, I submit them before You. Let me achieve great things beyond my imagination. Give me divine wisdom, strength, and resources to accomplish my goals.
I reject failure, disappointment, and discouragement. I declare that my dreams shall not be aborted, and my efforts shall not be in vain. This year, I shall celebrate victories and testimonies of answered prayers.
Declaration Over My Year
- This year, I will walk in divine favor and supernatural increase.
- This year, my life shall overflow with God’s blessings.
- This year, my joy shall be full, and my peace shall be unshakable.

Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank You for hearing my prayers. I believe that You have already gone ahead of me to make every crooked path straight. I step into this year with confidence, knowing that You are with me and for me.
Lord, let this year be a testimony of Your goodness. Let my life reflect Your glory in all that I do. I commit my ways to You, and I trust that You will direct my paths.
Thank You, Lord, for answered prayers. Thank You for divine favor, blessings, peace, joy, grace, and protection. I declare that this year shall be the best year of my life so far, and greater things are yet to come.
